Code of Conduct
Ethical, responsible and respectful behaviour is the foundation of how we work with our team, clients and collaborators.
Our Code of Conduct defines the principles that guide our professional relationships, internal behaviour and commitment to long-term quality. It reflects our responsibility as a translation company and language service provider to act with integrity, transparency and respect.
Our commitment to ethical business
At AbroadLink, quality is not only the result of processes, technology or certifications. It also depends on the way people work together.
Our Code of Conduct sets out the ethical and behavioural principles expected from everyone in the company. It helps us maintain professional relationships based on trust, responsibility, respect and fairness.
What our Code of Conduct covers
Respect and non-discrimination
We promote equality, diversity and fair treatment. Decisions related to people must be based on ability, training, knowledge, experience and professional aspirations, without discrimination.
A safe and respectful workplace
Harassment, intimidation, abuse, disrespect and any form of verbal or physical aggression are not acceptable. Everyone has a responsibility to help maintain a positive and respectful working environment.
Responsibility and professional conduct
Our team members are expected to perform their duties responsibly, follow internal procedures and use company resources appropriately, including technology, software and communication systems.
Honest communication
We aim to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues in a clear, honest, respectful and constructive way. Our recommendations are focused on understanding and meeting client needs.
Confidentiality and data protection
We are committed to treating personal data and confidential information responsibly, in accordance with applicable legislation and our confidentiality obligations. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of information is strictly prohibited.
Environmental and social responsibility
We encourage responsible behaviour that helps reduce our environmental impact, including the reduction of unnecessary paper documentation and respect for internal environmental practices.
